Shipping and Delivery

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. 

All orders are shipped from US, Australia, Shanghai, or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster. Please be aware that due to the current pandemic shipping times may take an extra 1 - 2 weeks. Between staff reduction, high demand and shipping companies backlogged with orders, we are doing anything in our hands to make sure the order gets to you as fast as possible.

 

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Blendichi Inc does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send your Order Tracking Number (OTN). If you do not receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) within 7 business days from the day you have completed your payment, please contact us for more information.
